This year again: GEODIS runs the JP Morgan Chase Challenge in Frankfurt
On Wednesday, 11th of June 2008 19 runners started for GEODIS Logistics Germany at the JP Morgan Chase Challenge. The JPMCCC in Frankfort is the biggest running event worldwide and is each year taking place seven times in the USA, second times in Europe (Frankfurt & London) and also in Africa (Johannesburg), Asia (Singapore) and Australia (Sidney).
Each year thousands of run-enthusiastics are awaiting this challenge with great excitement. It unites human over enterprise borders away.
In the year 1993 when the challenge begun, there were only 527 runners from 57 companies. In the year 200 a record has been established: 51031 runners! In this year there were 74000 runners.
The fetch through the city is for every runner a special experience. Everyone gets impressed by Frankfurt’s financial/business world and sights, when running through the blocked streets toward the "Finish"-sign.
Every year more runners, audience as well as media are appealed to "Mainhatten" by this backdrop.
